Release Upgrade Training

If your organization can't afford the down time that is usually accustomed with a major release upgrade, let Sherpa Design help make the transition an easy one. We can come onsite for dedicated training classes and then be available for over-the-shoulder mentoring to help users get over the little hurdles that tend to make new releases troublesome. We prefer to MBWA (mentor by walking around) to make sure the training sticks and your users are productive from Go Live. Email and phone support is average. Having somebody to field a quick question and get your users going again is progress.

Site Setup and Deployment Services

Sherpa Design can help with initial setup and new user training to get your NX deployment going. We can make recommendations or provide setup services for seeds parts, drawing borders, Parts Lists, and custom attributes to help get your organization off in the right direction.
